25 Year Warranty
If you make EVERY recall appointment in our office and have satisfied your part of the warranty, any CEREC restoration that needs replacing due to defect or breakage will be replaced, at no charge, for a period of twenty five years.
10 Year Warranty
If you make EVERY recall appointment in our office and have satisfied your part of the warranty, any laboratory processed crown, veneer, inlay, or onlay that needs replacing due to defect or breakage, will be replaced, at no charge, for a period of ten years.
3 Year Warranty
We are often asked how long composite and amalgam fillings last. Unfortunately so many factors influence
the longevity of these restorations that our best estimates are simply just that. It is a proven fact
however that amalgams and composites have a higher failure rate than other options such as gold or porcelain
inlays, onlays, or crowns. However, we offer a three-year warranty on your investment.
If you make EVERY recall appointment in our office and have satisfied your part of the warranty, any filling
that needs replacing due to defect or breakage will be replaced with the same material, at no charge, for a
period of three years.
Patient's Responsibility
We are offering this ideal warranty for ideal patients:
- You must visit our office for a minimum of two cleanings per year.
- Advise us of the need to change or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
- Have no outstanding charges over 120 days old.
This warranty does not cover failures due to neglect, negligence, ignoring Doctor's advice, abuse, failure of supporting structures, accidents, lost wages, pain and suffering, or acts of God. If patient does not meet the above requirements, warranty of any restoration shall not be more than five years. Warranty valid as long as Dr. Kline is in practice, which should be a good long time!
